Accreditation will start on Wednesday 25th at 16:00pm and finish on Sunday 29th at 17:00pm:

Online Ticket
You can obtain your ticket at the event on the Registration Desk, or online using Metaposta. This last method is valid only if you have an Spanish Goverment Identification (DNI).
Steps you must perform (in order):
1.- Visit the Metaposta site and sign up if you are not yet a user (the Gov. Identification on your Metaposta Account must match the Gov. Identification on your Euskal Encounter Account). If you need help learning about the various ways to sign up, contact Metaposta.
2.- Subscribe to ENCOUNTER at Metaposta. To do this, go to 'Issuers', search for ENCOUNTER on the 'Search Issuers' tab, select it and subscribe.
3.- Visit your Euskal Encounter account, click on the 'Online ticket' button, and then on 'Request online ticket'. The ticket will be instantly sent to your safebox.
4.- Check your safebox at Metaposta. Simply download your ticket, print it, and bring it to Euskal Encounter.
5.- Once inside the venue, you may exchange your paper ticket for an original one at the Metaposta stand.
You can request your Online Ticket until July 22nd.

Information on space for spending the night
It will be possible to sleep on the site, in the rest area intended for this purpose, from the night of the 25th until the night of the 28th. Therefore, the site must be abandoned on the 29th after the event has ended and it will not be possible to spend that night there.
Tents and mattresses that do not meet the conditions set out in the Participation Rules may not be installed, unless there are justified reasons which have been exceptionally authorised by the organisation.
We expect that if all you respond to this request we will not have difficulties of space. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Showers located in pavilion number 4. The hours of use will be:

One day tickets
There are two possible ways of being at Euskal Encounter: getting a four-days entrance ticket following the usual process, or getting a one-day ticket. One-day tickets cost 10 € and you might get them at the accreditation office in its validity hours.
These tickets will be valid from 10:00 to 22:00, and will only be available on 26, 27 and 28 July (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), and they don't entitle you to connect a computer in the partyplace.
In addition the Euskal Encounter has an open zone, free access, for both party attendants and the general public.
